Discreet Packaging and Shipping
We understand privacy concerns. Everything we ship will come in standard shipping boxes (i.e., USPS priority mail box) with no indication of contents. Our shipping labels do not say Whatever Shops, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.
However, "whatevershops.com" may appear on your credit card statement. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Whatever Shops, LLC reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any shipment, at our discretion, for security reasons and to prevent fraud and underage sales. We are very serious about avoiding unlawful online orders, just as we are in our stores.
We cannot guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent delays, unforeseen circumstances occasionally delay order processing and shipping.
Shipping Times and Shipping Speed
Once you place an order, our shipping team works hard to get it securely packaged and sent safely to you. Please note that the shipping time does not include fulfillment and packaging time. Order processing can take up to two days, and in rare cases such as holidays or special sales, this can be longer. Most orders placed before 10:00 am CST will be shipped the same day; however, unforeseeable delays may occasionally occur. Rest assured that any unforeseeable increased processing time allows our staff to take the utmost care required for each order.
All packages are shipped USPS - Priority Mail. Estimated shipping times do not guarantee a package arrival date. U.S. Holidays and other postal service closures will affect delivery. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the postal service. You will receive tracking updates via email after the shipping carrier picks up the package.
Items Broken in Shipping
After reaching an agreement between us, Whatever Shops, and you, the customer, we may replace items broken in transit with identical or equivalent items. You must inform Whatever Shops of all issues and any intent to seek a replacement within two days of delivery. Email documentation, including pictures of affected items and any damage to the packaging, to [email protected] to inquire about a replacement. See more details below.
Note: We will remedy all shipping issues as soon as possible. Please remain calm and polite throughout the replacement process, and we will do the same!

IMPORTANT: WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE COMPLETELY UNUSED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR ITEM IF THERE IS ANY INDICATION OF USE OR MISUSE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Do you accept returns?
No! Whatever only processes exchanges, as we work hard to ensure you get what you need when you need it, the first time. If you have any questions about your purchase, contact a product expert at one of our stores before placing an order, and we will do our best to answer your questions. Better yet, visit one of our four locations for an unforgettable shopping trip you won't regret!
If, for any reason, you have received your purchase and no longer want to keep all or part of it, email [email protected] within two days of receipt before attempting a possible exchange. Please help us ensure our team is ready to assist you by reaching out ahead of time!

Include with your return email and approved exchange package:
-Order number or invoice: This is crucial. If we do not receive an order number or invoice with your package, we cannot determine who the product is from and will be unable to complete the exchange. Don't let this happen to you!
-Item name and code: Even if you only need a simple size exchange, we still need the item details and any UPC or product code you can give us. We may email you back asking for more information before beginning the process.
-Reason: Tell us what's up! We learn from all feedback. Even though we can't control the quality of every product every time, we can do our best to control how we present it to you!
-Your name and other information: Of course! Again, we may contact you via phone or email if we are unable to move forward without further information from you.
We do our best to reduce waste and reuse materials where able, so we're not picky about how you get the information to us, as long as it gets here! Keep the original invoice if you'd like; we won't need a copy if you give us the right stuff. Whatever Shops will not pay for shipping on exchanges initiated by customers of Whatever Shops. However, Whatever Shops may cover costs associated with replacing items broken in transit.
