Retail Store Manager (Highland)

     Implement methods to meet and exceed sales goals and training standards, including tracking sales, regular employee coaching, and hosting store meetings.

    Monitor and engage team members to ensure customers receive exceptional service and quality goods.

    Plan, direct, and oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and flow of a visually appealing store.

    Maintain inventory accuracy by following and enforcing all inventory handling and loss prevention policies.

    Recruit, hire, train, manage and evaluate personnel in sales, job duties, and adhering to company policies.

    Prepare and execute employee reviews, disciplinary warnings, and performance improvement plans as necessary in order to promote, discipline, or terminate employees as appropriate.

    Create and implement methods to control the usage of resources, utilities, and consumable supplies to maximize efficiency while minimizing waste and spending.

    Enforce banking, record keeping, safety, health, and security guidelines.

    Prepare weekly schedules within fiscal guidelines to provide proper sales floor coverage. Review and approve time clock and other payroll documentation and follow-up with staff for accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

1+ year(s) retail management experience, 3+ years preferred.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

40+ hours worked per week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and open shifts.

Ability to stand for long periods, climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.

 

 

 

Assistant Store Manager (Olive Branch)

    Ensure customer satisfaction by setting an example of high-quality sales, top customer service, and uncompromising professionalism.

    Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in line with company goals and values.

    Direct, supervise, and train employees in sales, inventory control, visual upkeep, and cash handling.

    Enforce accountability among store staff regarding all company directives and expectations. 

    Examine merchandise to ensure it functions as advertised and is correctly priced and displayed.

    Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.

    Oversee completion of required company paperwork, sales training programs, and sales reporting.

    Ensure proper and timely communication between company management and store staff.

    Assist in the development of store associates and the recruitment and hiring of qualified applicants.

    Open and prepare the store daily for business. Reconcile registers, and deposits, and assure the store is safely armed at closing.

Requirements

1-3 year(s) retail sales experience, management preferred.

Proven record of employee management, including collaboration and accountability.

Excellent skills in customer focus, situational judgment, and sales analysis.

Problem-solving skills and attitude, even when under pressure.

Proficient in time management, prioritization, and other leadership skills.

35+ hours worked per week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and open shifts.

Ability to stand for long periods, climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
